課程目標
The course objective is to develop an understanding of advanced topics in design of reinforced concrete structures. The primary emphasis will be on behavior, analysis, and design of elements and systems that are common in building and bridge structures. 
課程要求
Prerequisite: All students are assumed to have the requisite background given in an undergraduate course on behavior and design of reinforced concrete elements. Consult with the instructor if you are uncertain about your background.

Extensive reference lists will be handed out throughout the semester. These lists are provided to enable the interested student to find information to supplement, which is presented in the lectures. Students are not expected to refer to all of these in the course of the semester.
Certain key papers will be copied and distributed to the students. Any papers so distributed are considered required reading.
